If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, or exchange within 15 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense.
We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All baby items such as clothing, bibs, blankets etc. are not refundable for hygienic reasons.
